If you scroll through the newsfeed of your favorite social media platform you are likely to see people crying out for help, validation, and attention. The political infrastructure appears to be collapsing upon itself. Humans feel so invisible that they have replaced intimacy with status updates. And attention whoring has become a PSA for emotional bankruptcy.

On this week’s episode, I’m chatting with my sister-friend Alexis, who is fierce in her commitment to embracing the messiness of life. She does not cower when her heart gets tender and she leads by beautiful example. She’s deep and she LOVES to go there!

In this episode we explore:

The many flavors of addiction…

Translating experience into words.

⇒ Dissolving barriers through eye contact.

Satiating what arises within you without turning away.
