Spirituality is the new black. It goes with everything and it doesn’t discriminate. Every moment holds the possibility for a spiritual experience. But there is one caveat… spirituality requires presence.
Spirituality is not the absence of adversity, it is all-inclusive. That darkness is an ally of the spirit. The darkness provides solace and creates space for spiritual evolution.
