The Training’s Flow

All Sessions will Begin at 11am Pacific Time and run for 90 minutes.

You will want to dedicate 2-3 hours/week to this work.

Dive deep to recognize your unique patterns and how they influence your relationships. Gear up for insightful discoveries that shed light on the real you.

(April 4th)

Week 3: Owning Your Stuff

(April 18th)

Learn how admitting mistakes and understanding your impact can forge deeper trust and strengthen your relationships.

Week 4: Living the Shift

(April 25th)

Put your new self-awareness into action with confidence. Weave your insights into everyday life for a more authentic and fulfilling existence.

Integration Week: We hit pause the week of April 11th—your chance to digest, apply, and truly own what you’ve learned. It’s not just downtime; it’s a week dedicated to breathing space—where you get to marinate in your discoveries and refine your new way of being.
