Most of what we’ve been taught about love is based on fairy tales and false promises. I’ve watched too many brilliant women shrink themselves to fit into someone else’s definition of relationship success.

I don’t teach women how to be “better” at relationships. I show them how to cut through the romance propaganda and get real about what they actually want from love – not what they’ve been conditioned to chase.

Here’s what I know: When you stop outsourcing your happiness and start getting honest about who you are, love stops being a puzzle to solve. it becomes an invitation to be more of yourself, not less.
