New Issue Every Other Friday

Love still feels elusive, even after all this time.

You’ve done the work. Held it all together.
Made it look easy, even when it wasn’t.

But your relationships still feel hit or miss.
The ideas don’t fit. About how to love. How to be loved.
What it’s supposed to look like if you’re doing it right.

All the things.

You’re done with the aesthetics of relationship-ing.
You’re ready for something healthy. For real.

Love doesn’t have to be complicated to be deep.

We don’t need more relationship advice.
We need space to quiet the noise…. romantic myths, self-help rules, all of it.

Space to question the rhythm we’ve been dancing to.
To explore and remix our desires.

Forget what your younger self learned about relationships.
This season isn’t about starting over or finding “the one.”

It’s about being honest with yourself.
And creating connections that match the richness of who you’ve become.

Welcome to My World

Most of what we’ve learned about love comes from movies, not real life. We learned to chase the story. The status. The idea of being chosen.

I’ve seen too many wise, capable women shrink trying to make that version of love work. Trying to be good at it, while holding on for dear life.

I don’t teach women how to be better at relationships. I help them get honest about what they want. Without shame, performance, or the pressure to prove.

When you stop looking outside yourself, love feels different. It stops being something to earn or chase. And becomes something you’re allowed to receive.
