You ever meet someone and immediately click? Well that was exactly how I felt the first time that I met Biba Atta. She is one of the realest women I have ever met. I love how she shows up in every area of her life. And when she sets an intention she follows through. Can you say inspired?

Meeting likeminded women is beautiful. But meeting a likeminded woman that you can’t imagine not having in your life, well that’s expansive. That is what it’s like to be friends with Biba. I mean, we get each other’s jokes, like for reals. We go together like peanut butter and homemade jelly!   Which is why I invited Biba to join me for a conversation on the inaugural episode of The Sensuality Project podcast!

In this episode, we explore:

Why having important conversations via email/text and why it’s not always a good idea.

Stress & resentment and the impact it can have on the male libido.

The closure myth and how you can tie off a loose end.

How self-acceptance, or lack thereof, can make sex better or worse.
