Lesson #10 - permission grantedI give myself permission to be more of myself. To wallow in the greatness of being me. To be a chronic communicator. To be a hermit in my own silence. To explore the vastness of my own mind.

I give myself permission to be a prolific writer. To put pen to paper and enable the flow. To allow the words to spring forth from the ether into my brain and out into the world.

I give myself permission to be successful at any and everything I choose… write, speak, coach, council, mentor, talk, love, relate, communicate.

I give myself permission to have a shit ton of money. To be monetarily abundant and completely autonomous.

I give myself permission to be real and true. To live fully as my genuine and authentic self. To stand tall as the best version of me. To speak openly and freely. To be kind, gentle, and loving to me – first

I give myself permission to let love in. To love fully with my whole heart. To be loved and adored by family, friends, acquaintances, and strangers. To be swept off my feet by my beloved. To be nurtured and cared for. To be showered with affection.

I give myself permission to have a great time. To laugh with my whole body. To be present and enjoy the moment. To feel joy and experience it fully with every fiber of my being.

I give myself permission to let go of past hurt and disappointment. To allow healing where it is needed. To forgive what needs to be forgiven. To release everything that no longer serves me. To return any power that does not belong to me.

I give myself permission to be free. Free of expectation and obligation. Free from controlling thoughts, ideas, and outcomes. Free to express and feel – Everything

I give myself permission to BE right h-e-r-e… Right now.
